Cemented in Love – Industrial Boho Editorial
Check out this moody editorial featured on the Event Source Blog. It’s perfect for a late summer and fall inspired event!
This editorial was inspired by hip, eco-friendly couples looking for creative decor solutions. We forged Boho and Industrial looks with a trendy bridal jumpsuit! It includes mixed metals, natural fibres, greenery and my favourite: pops of colour!
We tried to convey an achievable wedding for an average budget and also incorporated elements for those who want an eco-friendly affair.
Stationery was made from recycled paper and vegetable based ink just in case you did want to send something tangible in the mail. Centrepieces were mainly plants that could be taken home as favours and they were potted in tin cans (the new mason jar in our opinion!) and repurposed vintage tins from The Perfect Table.
The ceremony arch was created from repurposed PVC pipes that hung spray-painted hula hoops to pair with natural raffia hoops. Old copper pipes were re-welded into a tree for escort card display and used again for pretzels in our savoury table.
I had a great time coming up with some creative ways to reuse and recycle decor pieces! All in all this shoot was filled with local beer, local food and some pretty amazing local event partners.
